Refund policy

Handmade / Made-to-Order Products

All handmade and made-to-order products (including Amigurumi Toys, Bonnets, Rompers & Dungarees, Wraps, Outfit Bundles, and Theme Sets) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Each item is crafted individually upon receiving your order. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for these products under any circumstances.

Other Products (Dupattas, Shawls & Stoles, Scarves, Sweaters, Sarong & Pareos)

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if you receive a damaged product, you may raise a claim under the following conditions:

• A clear, unedited video recording of the package opening must be provided as proof of damage
• The video must be recorded in one continuous shot from the moment the sealed package is picked up to the point the damage is discovered
• Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances
• The claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Instagram DM
• Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion

No refunds will be issued in cash.
