Cancellations on cash on delivery or prepaid orders must be done within 24 hours of making an order. After that cancellation will not be applicable.
If we have not transported the item yet, there is no issue in the cancellation process. For prepaid orders, your amount will be refunded within a week.
If you have received the order and want to return it, please follow our general exchange policies.

In case the product is wrongly delivered to you, or there is some manufacturing defect from our end or we have sent you a wrong size, please click a photograph of the product and mail us the details on firstname.lastname@example.org Courier the product back to us within a week. We will refund your courier charges.
If you want to have different size of the same product (depends on availability) or you want to have another product. (Customer has to bear the return courier charges)

You can use this coupon on your next purchase & redeem the amount. This exchange coupon will be valid only for the purchase of same or higher value products from our website. The exchange coupon will be valid for 3 months only.
